Why we send photos with every inspection

Every visit now includes a digital inspection you can see on your phone. Here’s how it works.

Technician photographing a brake assembly with a phone, under a car on a lift

See what we see

Our technicians take photos and short videos of anything that needs attention. You get a text with a link, so you can look at your own brake pads or leaks before you decide anything.

Green, yellow and red

✓ Green means it looks good

✓ Yellow means plan for it soon

✓ Red means it needs attention for safety or to prevent bigger damage

You approve every line

Nothing beyond the inspection happens until you approve it. Approve all of it, some of it or none of it. It’s your car and your budget.

This article is general information. Your owner’s manual and a hands-on inspection come first, so call us if you’re unsure.

General information

This article is general advice, not a diagnosis. Every car is different. If something sounds, smells or feels off, call the shop.
