Built on one simple rule
Marcus Reed opened the first Torque & Co. after years of watching customers nod along to repairs they didn’t understand. His fix was simple: take a photo, show the customer, and let them decide.
That habit became our process. Every car gets a digital inspection with photos, every estimate is written line by line, and nothing gets fixed without a yes. It’s slower to explain, and it’s why people come back.
